30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of receiving. Once the returned item arrives back in REXBELLATRIX LLC's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Re-packaging requirement (important): Please ensure all items are properly packaged in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Conditions:

  1. Within 30 calendar days of receiving a product.
  2. Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for expired this 30-day window.
  3. Items must include original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.
  4. Returns must include all accessories. If you only return one product, the refund amount will be the amount paid minus the amount of other non-received products.
  5. If the product has no manufacturing defect and is still in new or like-new condition, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  6. If the product has a manufacturing defect, REXBELLATRIX LLC is responsible for a full refund.
  7. If the address is incorrect and the order has already shipped, we will not be able to process a return or refund.

Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

How do I return my order?

You will need to reach out to us via support@rexbellatrix.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

In your request, we ask you to provide your order number, name, and the list of the products you wish to return. Our team will review your request, authorize it, and provide you with a printable return label. Your order will then be picked up by our courier or you will drop it off at your nearest post office.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We will refund your original payment method within 30 days of our courier picking up the returned package.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when we issue a refund.
